Xillium Professional Services is seeking an Analytics Architect to define how the organization measures its workforce and to guide the Analytics team in building the data capabilities. You will own the design, requirements, and data flows, partnering with stakeholders to ensure the measurements align with business goals.

You will decide what to measure, where data is captured, how reporting looks, and how data connects to systems and AI initiatives that drive operational improvement.

• Map the employee journey and how people are deployed against company goals.
• Collaborate with every department to keep measurement aligned with operations.
• Partner with Analytics team through the build to ensure it matches intent.
