Job summary

Copeland Philippines is seeking a dedicated operations data analyst to monitor system performance, review insights, and support reports and dashboards.

You will analyze data, identify trends and risks, coordinate with global teams, and help improve services and processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and timely delivery while maintaining quality standards across Lifecycle Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline.
• Internship, academic project, or work experience in technical support, engineering, analytics, or similar field is advantageous but not required.
• Exposure to software platforms, automation systems, or analytics tools is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with building systems, refrigeration systems, or industrial operations is advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system and service performance using Copeland software to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Review, analyze, and validate insights and alerts to find actionable opportunities for customers.
• Support development and maintenance of operational reports, data offloads, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external site contacts to review and escalate technical actions.
• Assist in calculating prospective savings and operational value metrics based on system data and benchmarks.
• Provide data-driven feedback to global services and product engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services and business processes.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and peer reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials.
• Manage tasks and deliverables within timelines and quality standards.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Monitor system and service performance using proprietary Copeland software and digital platforms to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Review, analyze, and validate system-generated insights and alerts to find actionable opportunities for customers.
• Support development and maintenance of operational reports, data offloads, and performance dashboards to track system health and service outcomes.
• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external site contacts to review, close out, or escalat technical actions and recommendations.
• Assist in calculating prospective savings and operational value metrics based on system performance data and benchmarks.
• Provide data-driven feedback on product performance and software tools to global services and product engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services and business processes.
• Participate in recurring quality assurance activities and peer reviews to ensure high-quality outputs across all Lifecycle Services workflows.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Manage tasks and deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards while adhering to company policies.
• Document and log all technical activities accurately in designated tracking systems.
• Perform other operational functions as required to support the broader Lifecycle Services organization.

About You
