Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks a Customer Service Specialist to manage orders, RFQs, and customer communications onsite at First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan. You will coordinate with supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate information sharing.

The role emphasizes strong Excel usage, ERP proficiency (E1), and delivering high-quality service while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contractual terms.
• Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Create credit and debit note requests for customer billing adjustments, corrections, or complaint resolution.
• Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft-on-ground issues quickly.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams.
• Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
• Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements.
• Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals.
• Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
