Job summary

Inchcape Global Business Services APAC in Manila (BGC, Taguig) is seeking an Analyst to join our Record to Report team. You will perform accounting and reporting tasks within the RTR cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, and data integrity in the general ledger while collaborating with other finance teams to ensure transaction accuracy and timely reporting. A solid Excel skillset and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years RTR or General Ledger experience; fresh grads considered.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP; month-end close experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is helpful.
• ERP experience preferred (SAP).
• Good problem solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Customer service mindset and clear communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned RTR deliverables and support month-end close.

• Post journal entries and accruals per policy.
• Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

Our Record to Report department is seeking an Analyst to join our team in BGC, Taguig.

In this position you will be responsible for performing accounting and reporting activities within the Record to Report cycle, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with accounting policies and standards.

The role supports Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader in meeting month-end close deadlines, preparing reconciliations, and maintaining high data integrity in the general ledger.

What you’ll do:

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in in Record to Report or General Ledger (fresh graduates with accounting backgrounds considered).
• Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS & local GAAP) and experience with month‑end close activities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); exposure to Power BI or reporting tools helpful.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Customer service mindset and solid problem‑solving/analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
