Job summary

RTX, a leading global aerospace and defense company, seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, POs, and inventory planning at the First Philippine Industrial Park site in Tanauan. This onsite role requires coordinating with finance and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in purchasing or supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and ERP/SAP experience, with strong data analysis skills for reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
