RTX's Collins Aerospace sourcing team in Tanauan City Batangas is seeking a Supply Chain professional focused on indirect procurement. You will craft long-range commodity strategies, assess supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery, and deliver market insights to guide partnerships.

You will lead cost analyses, supplier bidding and contract negotiations while ensuring NDA, vendor accreditation, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with internal teams and project support are expected.

Formación

• Graduate of Engineering or Business course.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-Indirect.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long-range strategy for assigned commodity including supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery.
• Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry analysis to support strategy and partnerships.
• Oversee supplier bidding and contract processes; manage cost analysis and price negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with vendor accreditation, NDA, and dynamic screening requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings and supplier proposals (incoterms, warranties, lead times, origin).
• Understand EHS requirements for chemical commodities per Philippine regulations.
• Support projects within the business unit and respond timely to internal/external customers.

• Responsible on Sourcing on assigned commodity.
• Create the long-range strategy (Supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery) on their respective commodity handled.
• Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry analysis to support strategy and partnership decisions.
• Responsible for cost analysis and price negotiation.
• Responsible on supplier bidding and contract process.
• Compliance on the company policies in (Vendor accreditation).
• Compliance on the NDA requirement and process.
• Compliance on the Dynamic screening requirement and process.
• Understand and interpret Technical drawing
• Understand, supplier proposal (Inco-term, warranty, lead time, origin and special rates charging).
• Understand EHS requirement for Chemical commodity. (Philippine Regulation – RA6969.Consequences of non-compliance Process of chemical evaluation and permitting).
• Support projects of the business unit.
• Responsible to provide timely response to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or Business course
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-Indirect
• Basic to advance knowledge with MS office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• SAP Knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas
