Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Tanauan, PH is seeking an onsite Customer Order Specialist to efficiently process orders and RFQs, align with supply chain, and respond to customer inquiries. The role requires strong MS Excel, SAP, and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing environments and Six Sigma concepts.

You will coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely data flow, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to EH&S practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• SAP knowledge and experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, review and processing of customer orders and RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal interfaces across departments; ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality.
• Manage contracts and assist with customer delivery status inquiries.
• Support timely customer payments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ownership of assigned responsibilities and train others when needed.
• Adhere to EH&S practices and report hazards or improvements.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Digest large amounts of data quickly, deal with ambiguity, be decision-oriented, a quick ;earnerand open minded.
• Receipt, review and processing of customer orders, RFQs and expectations in accordance with standard terms and conditions of customer contractual obligations.
• Extensive internal interfacewithvarious departments within the organization.
• Ensuring all necessary flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc.are communicated timely and accurately.
• Managementof contractstoinclude assistance with customer delivery status inquiries, customer delivery expedite requestasneeded.
• Responsiblefor assistingwith timely payment from customers
• Participatein continuous improvement initiatives
• Documented success in maintaining a high level of ownership toward assigned responsibilities
• Ability to train and develop others around them in areas of expertise.
• Adherestoandparticipates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reportingofobserved hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of selfand others
• Non‑traditional working hours may be required as needed.
• Working schedule: Mid shift 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in absenceof a degree, 6years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• SAP knowledge
• Experience working in a manufacturing setup.
• ACE, Six sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is aplus.
