About the Role

This role focuses on engineering change management, inventory control, and data analysis to support product lifecycle and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Change Review (ECN) – Verify accuracy and completeness of ECN information, update engineering drawings and Copeland system records, seek approvals from platform approvers, issue ECN to all plants, and track ECN information.
• Inventory Management – Draft operations bulletins for part/model changes, gather inventory data from plants and suppliers, analyze demand-to-inventory ratios, determine implementation dates, issue bulletins, monitor and follow‑up implementation, and close bulletins post‑implementation.
• Reports & Adhocs – Extract, cleanse, and manipulate data from tools such as Sigma, Power BI, and others; apply basic calculations and create charts; generate reports from standard templates; build new reports on top of existing systems; present analyzed data to stakeholders and validate accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience handling/processing engineering drawings or BOM works.

Work Conditions

Mid shift schedule with a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires on‑site presence three times per week.
