Job summary

Checkout.com is hiring for an entry-level operational role focused on merchant configuration. You will set up and maintain merchant accounts, handle queries, and collaborate across departments to meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, update, and terminate merchant accounts efficiently, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, contributing to team initiatives and goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of our configuration products.
• Assist in navigating queries with appropriate support channels to ensure timely resolutions.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Prioritize their satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating solutions promptly.
• Follow defined processes meticulously to ensure the accuracy of all tasks. Review work for errors and implement quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Approach all cases and tasks with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
• Work collaboratively within the Merchant Configuration team and across the organization to drive cases to resolution.
