FRABELLE COLD STORAGE CORP. in Metro Manila seeks a Maintenance Operator responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment to ensure reliable cold storage for perishable goods.

You will perform inspections, manage spare parts, document activities, and uphold safety, LOTO, and compliance while responding to emergencies to minimize downtime.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC systems, conveyors and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
• Carry out repairs and component replacements on compressors, motors, sensors, valves, and control panels.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, assess risks, and mitigate disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and report findings.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, monitor stock levels, and requisition as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure documentation is up-to-date for compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout, PPE usage, and hazardous materials handling.
