Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to bridge our SaaS AML platform with client environments, translating business needs into technical reality and guiding customers through their first live deployment. You will manage projects with scope, budget, and timeline in mind, collaborate with product teams, and craft clear technical specifications for implementations.

This role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, strong English communication, and independent execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or sciences.
• 1+ years SaaS or customer facing experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical understanding of Rest API services and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with AML rule requests and deployments.
• Assist clients in deploying rule changes to production.
• Manage projects with oversight of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate with all stakeholders to drive solutions and efficiency.
• Identify roadblocks and coordinate issue resolution.
• Provide product feedback and write technical/ business specs.
