BOLDER PHILIPPINES LTD. INC. [Formerly: CIRCLE INVESTMENTS SUPPORT SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) LTD. INC.] is seeking a Compliance Support Analyst (Project-based) to strengthen AML/KYC data quality and regulatory support.

You will review records, cleanse data, identify issues, and assist remediation in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. A finance or accounting background and AML knowledge are required. Fresh graduates welcome to apply; CAMS preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Strong understanding of AML regulations including BSA.
Ability to analyze complex transactions and identify red flags.
Experience in investigations and documenting findings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with AML software and databases.
CAMS or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and cleanse client, entity, shareholder, beneficial owner, and AML/KYC records.
Identify duplicates, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent records across systems.
Validate mandatory fields and supporting documentation.
Update and correct records based on approved source documentation.
Maintain accurate audit trails of all data amendments.
Escalate data discrepancies and potential compliance concerns.
Assist remediation projects involving expired IDs, missing KYC docs, or incomplete client profiles.
