Job summary

NCR Atleos in Mumbai (IST) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex supply chain projects across NAMER and LATAM, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for financial services initiatives.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, vendor oversight, and strategic solutions development to support multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile experience required.

• Project Leadership: Manages full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and NCR Atleos executives; identifies and drives new opportunities.
• Team & Vendor Management: Leads cross-functional teams, oversees vendor performance, and ensures alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Oversight: Tracks budgets, forecasts, manages financial milestones, and ensures proof of delivery.
• Strategic Influence: Shapes solutions and contributes to business development over multi-year engagements.
• Management Support: Support regional management with project-like initiatives and issues; ensure actions/timescales are met.

Responsible for supporting complex and multi-faceted Supply Chain projects/initiatives across NAMER and LATAM, ensuring delivery of integrated business solutions on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Acts as the primary point of accountability for project scope, cost, schedule, and relationships, with a focus on strategic financial services engagements.
