Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an Implementation Associate to support the operational customer implementation process in Cebu, Philippines. You will manage scheduling, coordinate with engineers, and ensure timely service delivery using NCR Atleos systems.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data extraction and reporting capabilities, and effective communication within a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for successful installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCRA Services.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer scheduling requests via email, external system, or web form.
• Create NCR Atleos Dispatch Tickets for Customer Engineers.
• Submit paperwork to schedule CEs or 3rd party contractors.
• Provide survey/installation documentation to technicians.
• Maintain project system and update stakeholders as needed.
• Analyze call data for transactional billing.
• Use internal web-based applications (QuickBase).
• Support CI/CX goals for T&T line of business.
