Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination experience in ATM deployment or related projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBase/EPM/ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for ATM deployment projects.
• Manage installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming tasks.
• Coordinate multiple deployment projects in client-facing roles.
• Review SOW and provide input to pre-deployment planning.
• Interface with clients to detail deliverables.
• Track KPIs, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Schedule meetings, manage risks, and resolve project issues.
• Maintain project documentation and records in systems.
