Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Manila seeks an AMER-focused coordinator to drive revenue via CR&S leads and opportunities. You will manage Javelin opportunities, track credits, and perform various admin duties to support managers and teams across departments.

The role requires collaboration with Salesforce, Meeting Broker, and IHG Javelin platforms, plus hybrid work in CRO - Manila. A minimum Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in hospitality/customer service are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in the service/hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CR&S leads and opportunities in Javelin for proper account crediting.
• Lead contact and follow-up calls with hotels for timely lead processing.
• Collaborate with MB Care for offline billing.
• Maintain accurate data in RFP tracker and CERs for group bookings.
• Provide admin support and assist in special projects.
• Timekeeping duties for department staff.
