Job summary

Neato is seeking a Marketplace Vendor Central Specialist in the Philippines to own end-to-end Vendor Central operations for partnered brands. You will monitor dashboards, resolve catalog issues, and coordinate with Amazon Vendor Support while supporting related Seller Central tasks.

You will create new listings, manage variations, and ensure accurate attributes, images, and content across platforms. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an Amazon Vendor Central account with catalog, listings, and content.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central catalog operations (listings, flat files, variation management).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with Amazon Vendor Support.
• 3+ years of experience in marketplace catalog or vendor management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of Neato's Amazon Vendor Central account(s).
• Monitor Vendor Central dashboard and notifications, triage issues and escalate as needed.
• Create new product listings and item setups with accurate attributes and policy compliance.
• Execute bulk uploads and flat file submissions for catalog changes; confirm processing.
• Manage parent/child variation relationships for correct listing display.
• Troubleshoot catalog and listing errors and open cases with Vendor Support.
• Maintain Vendor Central content (images, A+ content, Brand Store) to reflect brand standards.
• Conduct regular audits to catch suppressed listings and data gaps before impact.
• Monitor Vendor Central reporting (Glance Views, ARA) for visibility issues.
