Neato, a remote-first eCommerce accelerator, seeks a meticulous eCommerce Specialist in the Philippines to support US-based Senior Brand Managers. You will own listings, launches, reporting, and cross-functional follow-through to keep playbooks running smoothly.

Requires 4–6 years of hands-on Amazon experience, strong Seller Central skills, solid Excel ability, and familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp. Fast internet and reliable power are a must.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on Amazon experience, including brand and agency work.
• Deep familiarity with Seller Central: listings, catalog management, reporting, case management.
• Strong analytical skills to pull insights from sales data and market trends.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with Microsoft Teams; experienced with Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Able to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Listing management: Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• New product launches: Coordinate assets, timelines, and cross-functional tasks to keep launches on track.
• Partner onboarding: Facilitate the setup of new brand partners and ongoing projects across multiple marketplaces.
• Reporting and insights: Monitor brand metrics and generate timely reports on sales trends, inventory health, buy box status, and campaign effectiveness.
• Cross-functional coordination: Act as the connective tissue between supply chain, marketing, and creative to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
