Job summary

Extension eCom LLC in the Philippines is hiring a full-time Amazon PPC Specialist to own search advertising for a portfolio of accounts, managing campaigns end to end, launches, bidding and optimization within a five-person pod.

You will focus on up to 12 accounts, campaign creation, growth and efficiency levers, TACOS goals, and close collaboration with Account, Project and Catalog Managers to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years Amazon or ecommerce experience required.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of multiple accounts.
• Familiar with bidding strategies and growth frameworks.

We're a fast growing full service Amazon agency (grew 75% YoY in 2026) led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses growth through PPC/DSP advertising, SEO, Catalog Support, Reporting, Strategy, & more.

Position Summary:

We're hiring a full-time Amazon PPC Specialist to own search advertising for a portfolio of accounts. You'll manage campaigns end to end — launches, bidding, and optimization — and work inside a pod of five (Account Manager, Project Manager, Catalog Manager, Graphic Designer, PPC Specialist) to drive profitable growth for every account.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who knows Amazon advertising, can manage a book of accounts, and thrives on hitting efficiency targets while pushing accounts to grow.

Your primary focus will be:

• Managing PPC (search advertising) across up to 12 Amazon accounts
• Owning campaign creation and optimization
• Hitting the TACOS target each client has set
• Working within your pod to push accounts in the right direction

Responsibilities:

• Manage search advertising for multiple Amazon accounts
• Handle campaign creation and optimization
• Run campaign launches, manage bidding, and implement growth and efficiency frameworks
• Work directly with a pod of five to drive each account toward profitable growth
• Maintain the specific TACOS target each client has set
• Join weekly internal connects with your team, pod, and manager

Qualifications:

• 2 years Amazon or e-commerce experience required
• Hands‑on experience managing Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display)
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of multiple accounts at once
• Familiar with bidding strategies, growth frameworks, and efficiency levers (TACOS, ACOS, ROAS)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, pod‑based approach
• Detail‑oriented and able to stay organized across a large book of accounts
