Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an analytically minded Amazon PPC Executive to own and scale our Amazon advertising campaigns. You will drive strategy, keyword research, bid management, and optimization to grow sales while reducing ACOS/TACOS across the catalog.

The ideal candidate will be data-obsessed, proficient in Seller Central and Advertising Console, and able to translate metrics into actionable improvements for campaigns, launches, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
• Solid understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to improve ACOS and TACOS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and build structured campaign architectures across the product catalog.
• Monitor bids, budgets, and placements to hit ACOS and TACOS targets.
• Perform regular search term analysis and apply negative keyword strategies to reduce wasted spend.
• Track daily and weekly campaign performance and report on spend, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and total sales.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and execute testing to improve results.
• Support new product launches with dedicated campaign strategies and ranking plans.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends for keyword and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with listing/content team to align advertising with listing optimization and conversion rate.
