Job summary

Big Ideas Social Media Inc. is seeking an Associate Graphic Artist to support US-based e-commerce brands from home. You will craft brand-aligned assets for emails, web and social media, working with the design lead and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in graphic or digital design, strong Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills, and experience with Monday.com, Google Suite and Dropbox. A current macOS setup and fast home internet are expected.

Qualifications

College or university graduate in Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
3+ years of professional experience in graphic, marketing, or digital design.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Monday.com, Google Suite and Dropbox.

Responsibilities

Design execution and support for promotional emails, banners and website visuals.
Prepare, resize and optimize assets for multi-channel campaigns.
Prioritize and deliver multiple requests on tight timelines.
Collaborate with Design Lead, Marketing, Merchandising and Social teams.
Organize asset libraries and ensure up-to-date project boards.
Review designs for accuracy, consistency and rendering quality.
Maintain brand voice across all visual touchpoints.
Stay updated on e-commerce design trends and best practices.
