Job summary

Extension eCom LLC is seeking a high-ownership, client-facing Amazon Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of brands with growth potential from $0 to $10M+ in annual sales. You will own client communications, run meetings, and coordinate a cross-functional pod (PPC, Marketing, Catalog, Design) to execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities include leading client calls, delivering strategic recommendations, and ensuring opportunities and risks are addressed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Amazon or e-commerce experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as account management or brand management.
• Comfort leading meetings and presenting recommendations with confidence.
• Ability to delegate across multiple team members and hold them accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player able to manage relationships up, down, and across.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client communication via email, Slack, and video calls.
• Run client meetings and deliver data-informed strategic recommendations.
• Develop growth strategies tailored to each brand's goals.
• QA meeting notes and task assignments for your PM.
• Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
