Job summary

GNO Partners is hiring an experienced Senior Amazon Brand Manager to own growth for assigned 7- or 8-figure brands. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across PPC, organic ranking, pricing/offer strategy, and P&L optimization while collaborating with internal specialists and the client teams.

This full-time, remote role follows SOPs and playbooks to hit aggressive revenue and profit targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing or advising Amazon brands with $3M+ annual revenue.
Proven expertise in PPC, SQPR/SEO, and product listing optimization.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze P&L and margins.
Excellent written and verbal communication; thrives in remote, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

PPC management end-to-end: build campaigns, optimize, eliminate waste, harvest keywords, manage budget and bids.
Drive organic ranking through keyword research, clustering, and listings optimization.
Structure pricing, coupons, deals, and bundles to lift CVR while protecting margins.
Read and improve the brand P&L; optimize ad spend and Amazon fees.
Coordinate supply chain basics (restock plans, inventory risk, forecasting) and fix catalog issues.
Produce weekly summaries and action plans from competitive insights.
