Job summary

GigaBrands is hiring a remote Amazon account operator and strategist. You will own listing content, SEO, and catalog management across multiple brand accounts, coordinating with PPC and design teams to drive growth.

Based in a flexible location, you will support client decks, growth strategies, and day-to-day operations. Proficiency with ClickUp, Figma, Airtable, and Claude/Google Gemini is valued.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon brand accounts in Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience working at an Amazon agency or with an Amazon agency.
• Experience with Amazon listing SEO, including keyword research, listing copy, and indexation.
• Excited by AI tools and automation in ecommerce or operational workflows.
• Experience coordinating client communications, updates, and performance decks.
• Experience coordinating a Graphic Designer's daily workload and passing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations across assigned accounts.
• Resolve suppressed ASINs, catalog errors, and Seller Support cases.
• Monitor Buy Box %, pricing anomalies, inventory and ratings.
• Coordinate with PPC and creative stakeholders for keyword lists and campaigns.
• Develop growth strategies and quarterly category-specific initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs and client data in Airtable/Drive.
