Job summary

HOT Business Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Amadeus Travel Specialist to join our Afterhours Support Team.

You’ll assist clients with booking requests, changes, and travel arrangements via phone, email and chat—ensuring accurate and timely service delivery for Australia and New Zealand markets. You will work within set service level standards, receive training on tools and processes, and enjoy a remote/work from home setup after an initial six-week onsite period at our BGC

Qualifications

• Five or more years of travel-industry experience preferred, especially retail, corporate or complex servicing.
• Hands-on experience using Amadeus GDS.
• Experience managing complex air bookings, changes, reissues and itineraries.
• Familiarity with airline fare structures, fare rules and routing for AU/NZ.
• Long-haul and international travel experience preferred.
• Experience booking land arrangements (cruises, rental cars, tours).
• Experience using Dolphin or a similar booking platform is an advantage.
• Strong client-service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client calls, emails and chats during assigned shifts.
• Manage complex retail and corporate travel bookings, modifications and urgent changes using Amadeus.
• Arrange and modify air and land travel products, including long-haul flights, cruises, rental cars and tours.
• Review fare rules, policies and ticketing conditions to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
• Reissue tickets, update itineraries and apply the appropriate fees and charges.
• Support clients with urgent domestic and international travel requirements within established response-time standards.
• Provide clear, timely and accurate information to clients throughout the servicing process.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and update booking notes in Dolphin or the relevant booking system.
• Manage waitlists, monitor queues and take appropriate action on time-sensitive bookings.
• Identify and escalated urgent, complex or policy-sensitive matters when necessary.
• Obtain manager approval for exceptions, including out-of-policy travel and rectification costs.
• Work within service-level agreements while maintaining a consistently high standard of client support.
• Process work-off queues and other assigned tasks as directed by the team lead or manager.
