STI College Tanauan is seeking a proactive Alumni and Placement Officer to join our Student Services team in Tanauan City, Batangas. The role focuses on strengthening ties with our alumni and connecting graduates to employment opportunities with local employers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, HRM, Communication Arts, Psychology or Social Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of the Batangas job market and employer networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with database management systems and MS Office.
• Organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the Student Services team.
• Experience in events planning and career development activities is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive alumni database and track career progression.
• Organize alumni engagement activities including reunions, networking events, seminars and professional development workshops.
• Liaise with employers and recruitment agencies to identify placement opportunities suitable for graduating students and alumni.
• Conduct job fairs and career exposure activities to connect students and alumni with potential employers.
• Track graduate employment outcomes and compile statistical reports on placement rates.
• Manage alumni communications through newsletters, social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with academic departments to understand industry requirements and align graduate competencies with employer expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between the college and employers to gather feedback on graduate performance and institutional programmes.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen alumni involvement and partnership with other companies.
