Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an Allied Trades Lead stationed in the Philippines (Subic) to oversee welding, fabrication, machining, and paint shop operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure policy compliance, and schedule maintenance to maximize personnel utilization while upholding safety standards.

You should have a strong welder background, at least six years in welding with supervisory experience, and a CDL or driver’s license. WQT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• This position oversees day-to-day welding, fabrication, machining, repair team, and paint shop.
• Enforces policies and procedures effectively.

• Sets deadlines, priorities, and work sequences per supervisor guidance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
