Formación

• Relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Travel Industry.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO sales or customer service experience required.
• Highly motivated to earn more and a lifelong learner.

Responsabilidades

• Offer personalized airline ticket solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations and fare options.
• Engage customers, negotiate, close sales, and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in regular coaching huddles to improve skills.
