Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, under Chroma Hospitality, Inc., seeks an Aircon Technician to perform maintenance, check-ups, and repairs of AC and refrigeration systems in guest rooms and public areas. You will monitor data logs and ensure adherence to Crimson standards while delivering engineering services for operations.

The role involves diagnosing faults, attending seminars, maintaining logs, and reporting defects to the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for AC and refrigeration systems.

• Ensures all equipment are all in good working condition with minimal breakdown.
• Immediately reports any equipment defects to the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor
• Ensures good housekeeping and orderliness of all working areas
• Review all works done related to repair and maintenance of equipment according to Crimson standard

JOB SUMARRY:

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, under the direct supervision of the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, the Aircon Technician will carry out the actual maintenance, check-up, repair of AC & REF either in guest rooms and public areas in order to achieve by the maximum standard in delivering various engineering services required by the operation. To properly monitor and logs all necessary data of his responsibility for maintenance purposes.
