Job summary

GPnC Manpower Services in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties.

You will perform installations, routine maintenance, diagnose faults, handle refrigerants, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while keeping detailed records of work and materials used. The role is full-time with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar HVAC role.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and installation procedures.
• Familiarity with refrigeration cycles and proper handling of refrigerants.
• Ability to use specialised tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Installing air conditioning units and systems in commercial and residential properties according to specifications and safety standards

As an Aircon Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across various facilities and commercial spaces.
