Job summary

Expedock, a tech-enabled offshore workforce platform, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments from initiation to delivery. You will create shipment records in CargoWise, draft Air Waybills, assemble required documents, and track progress throughout the shipping process.

This role requires strong knowledge of air freight, cargo documentation, and customs processes, with attention to detail and effective communication. Night shifts are required, and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight operations, international logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
• Understanding of air freight documentation including AWBs and shipment processing.
• Knowledge of import/export workflows, customs clearance and final delivery coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with shipment records, docs, tracking updates and billing.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Processing: Initiate shipment requests and create records in CargoWise.
• Air Waybill Documentation: Prepare and send draft AWBs for review.
• Shipment Documentation: Prepare on-hand reports and shipment photos.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor movements and update statuses.
• Arrival and Customs Coordination: Prepare notices and coordinate release.
• Delivery Follow-Up: Track shipments through final delivery and updates.
• Billing: Process shipment billing after completion and document records.
