Job summary

Masspower Philippines Electronics Incorporated is seeking a skilled RAC technician to join the team in Cavite. The ideal candidate has completed a technical/vocational RAC or mechanical technology program and basic RAC training.

Candidates with OSH training are at an advantage, and 1–2 years of AC installation, maintenance, and repair experience is preferred. You should be capable of troubleshooting diverse AC units and performing preventive and corrective maintenance safely.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational Course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Must have completed Basic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Training.
• OSH Training is an advantage.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing various types of air conditioning units.
• Must have knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems, including cleaning, servicing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
