Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration, RAC Servicing, Mechanical Technology, or a related course.
• NC II Certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on-site and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and basic repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Check electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components for proper operation.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving air-conditioning and refrigeration issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of equipment and maintenance areas.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
