Job summary

Quality Appliance Group of Companies is seeking an Air-Conditioning Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and cooling units across sites in the Philippines.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic refrigerant checks, while documenting repairs and parts used. A RAC-related education and TESDA NC II certification are preferred, with a strong focus on safety and field service readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RAC, Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or related course.
• TESDA NC II in RAC or related certification.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Willing to conduct field/service work.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and cooling units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Document repairs and parts used.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
