Puffy is hiring an AI Video Creator to own the AI video production for cold-traffic ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Puffy.com product videos. You’ll shape the script-to-asset pipeline with an AI-native toolkit, delivering high-scale, conversion-focused content in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing, leveraging tools like Veo, Runway, and Midjourney to craft realism-first assets while maintaining character consistency and performance metrics across

Qualifications

• Direct response portfolio with ads designed to drive action.
• Experience maintaining character consistency across multiple generated shots.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and image generation fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own AI video production across paid ads and product pages.
• Build and refine prompt/reference library for consistency.
• Produce direct-response ads at volume for Meta and TikTok.
• Ensure realism and quality when blending generated footage with stock/real shots.
• Read CTR/hold rates/drop-off and iterate hooks accordingly.
