Job summary

Noon Dalton Philippines Inc. seeks an AI Team Development Lead to drive the development of the organisation’s AI capabilities, turning repetitive support processes into AI-powered solutions and evaluating client workflows for viable AI opportunities.

You will build and mentor a dedicated AI Solutions Engineering team, provide technical direction, and ensure the team consistently designs, builds, deploys, and maintains high-quality AI solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, SWE, AI or related field
• 5+ years software development/AI/automation/tech consulting
• 2+ years hands-on AI-powered solution development with LLMs
• Experience designing automation or AI solutions that solve real business problems
• Experience leading or building a technical team preferred
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI automation
• Hands-on with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Google Gemini
• Strong programming in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Ability to analyze business processes for AI opportunities
• Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams

Responsibilities

• Identify processes suitable for AI-driven automation within the support organization
• Analyse workflows to find AI/automation opportunities
• Design and implement AI solutions to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with teams to translate pain points into AI opportunities
• Monitor performance of AI solutions and seek improvements
• Assess client workflows for AI adoption opportunities
• Translate requirements into AI concepts, use cases, and plans
• Provide technical leadership in AI solution development
• Help establish and grow an AI Solutions Engineering team
• Coach AI engineers through the development lifecycle
