Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks an AI Solution Expert to govern AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. You will act as a strategic reviewer for BU solutions and as a designer for core AI platform capabilities owned by the AI Group.

You will help de-risk deployments, promote scalable and secure AI, and drive high-availability architectures for enterprise AI investments, including generative AI, NLP, and data engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year in an architectural role or deployment.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
• Portfolio of AI projects, especially generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Review & Design Authority: design AI solutions and review BU work, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Core Platform Capability Design: help architect end-to-end AI capabilities for enterprise use.
• Standardization & Scalability Governance: define standardized patterns for scalable, reliable AI deployments.
