Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks an AI Solution Expert to govern AI initiatives, review solutions for enterprise alignment, and design foundational AI platforms and agents owned by the AI Group. You’ll de-risk deployments and ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof AI investments across the enterprise.

The role requires 3+ years in AI/ML with architectural experience and a strong portfolio in generative AI projects. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year in an architectural role or deployment.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
• Portfolio of previous AI projects and solutions, especially involving generative AI.

• Architectural Review & Design Authority: Design AI solutions and review BU implementations to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Core Platform Capability Design: Help architect end-to-end AI platform capabilities owned by the AI Group.
• Standardization & Scalability Governance: Help define the Golden Path for AI deployment, ensuring standardized patterns for scalability and reliability.

Job Description The AI Solution Expert assists in the Governance, Design Creation and Review, and Architectural Integrity of AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role balances two critical mandates: acting as a Strategic Reviewer for AI solutions developed by various Business Units (BUs) to ensure alignment with enterprise AI standards, and serving as the Designer for core AI platform capabilities and agents built and owned by the AI Group (AIG). By providing expert guidance and technical oversight, the AI Solution Expert de-risks complex deployments and ensures that AI investments are scalable, secure, and future-proof.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architectural Review & Design Authority: Design solutions for AI use cases as needed and assist in reviewing solutions developed by Business Units (BUs). Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Core Platform Capability Design: Assist in architecting the end-to-end foundational AI capabilities owned by AIG (e.g., centralized LLM gateways, vector databases, and agentic orchestration layers) to be leveraged across the company.
• Standardization & Scalability Governance: Assist in defining the "Golden Path" for AI deployment, ensuring all BU-led initiatives follow standardized patterns for scalability, reliability, and high-availability infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year in an architectural role or 1 year experience with deployment.
• Certifications: Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
• Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of previous AI projects and solutions, particularly those involving generative AI.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, etc.).
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI domains.
• Expertise in generative AI technologies, such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
• Experience in solution design, namely able to translate complex business problems and architect end-to-end, production-grade AI systems.
