AgentSync in the Philippines seeks a highly skilled AI practitioner to lead AiSync Monthly, mentor VAs, and shape new AI-powered services. You will own projects from concept to delivery and drive community engagement.

This remote, full-time role requires deep expertise with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools, plus the ability to design seminars, create knowledge libraries, and coach learners across time zones.

Competenze

• Advanced, hands-on use of LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), incl. prompt design and file-based workflows.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools (AI agents, MCP connectors, Claude Code, API integrations).
• Portfolio of AI workflows, automations or apps you have built yourself.
• Ability to vibe-code simple apps/tools using Claude Code or low-code platforms.
• Experience building automations with Make, Zapier, n8n or Google Apps Script.
• Training or coaching experience with a patient, clear teaching style for beginners to intermediate learners.
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills, incl. hosting live online sessions.
• Strong troubleshooting: diagnosing why a workflow or build isn’t working.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-directed: manage priorities and deliver without close supervision.
• Sound judgement on AI data privacy and responsible use.

Mansioni

• Plan, run and host AiSync Monthly program and webinars.
• Mentor learners, run office hours, and help troubleshoot AI builds.
• Co-deliver AI Foundations training and keep content current.
• Coach VAs on scoping, building and presenting AI projects.
• Keep the community page active with posts, prompts and wins.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to address client questions.
