This hands-on role will collaborate with management, operations, finance, analytics, and technology teams to improve reporting, automate manual work, build dashboards, develop AI agents, and introduce new AI-powered solutions in live business environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
• Build AI agents, automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks.
• Connect AI tools with spreadsheets, databases, APIs, CRM systems, and other business platforms.
• Develop prototypes and turn successful prototypes into working solutions.
• Create automated management reports and performance analysis.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and exception reporting.
• Evaluate new AI platforms, applications, and tools.
• Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, cost, security, and business value.
• Document implemented solutions.
• Train employees and managers to use new AI tools.

Job Summary

AMG Collection Services Inc. is looking for an AI Solutions and Automation Specialist to identify, build, and implement practical AI solutions across the business.

• This is a hands-on role.

• You will work with management, operations, finance, analytics, and technology teams to improve reporting, automate manual work, build dashboards, develop AI agents, and introduce new AI-powered business solutions.

• We are open to applicants from different professional backgrounds and experience levels.

• You do not need to be currently working in a formal AI role.

• What matters is your ability to understand business problems, use current AI tools, build working solutions, and help implement them in a live business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation

• Build AI agents, automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools

• Automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks

• Connect AI tools with spreadsheets, databases, APIs, CRM systems, and other business platforms

• Develop prototypes and turn successful prototypes into working solutions

• Create automated management reports and performance analysis

• Support data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and exception reporting

• Evaluate new AI platforms, applications, and tools

• Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, cost, security, and business value

• Recommend practical AI projects based on AMG’s business needs

• Stay current with developments in AI, automation, data analytics, and business intelligence

Potential Projects

You may work on projects such as:

• Automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Collection and portfolio performance dashboards

• Agent productivity and performance monitoring

• Automated analysis of RPC, PTP, payments, broken promises, and recovery rates

• AI-generated management reports

• Automated data checking and reconciliation

• AI-assisted call transcription and quality monitoring

• Internal AI assistants for policies, procedures, training, and knowledge management

• Workflow automation between spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, dialers, email, SMS, and reporting tools

• Portfolio segmentation, forecasting, and prioritisation

• Automated client reporting and management presentations

• AI agents that monitor performance and identify issues requiring management attention

AI Platforms and Tools

You should have practical knowledge of several current AI platforms and tools, including:

• OpenAI and ChatGPT

• Anthropic and Claude

• Google Gemini

• xAI and Grok

• Kimi and Moonshot AI

• Microsoft Copilot

• AI APIs and model integrations

• n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms

• Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools

• Excel and Google Sheets

• SQL, Python, databases, or similar data tools

• AI coding and development tools

You do not need to be an expert in every platform.

You must be able to learn quickly, compare different tools, and select the right solution for each business problem.

Qualifications

• Practical experience using AI, automation, data, or reporting tools

• Ability to build working solutions, not only discuss ideas

• Strong understanding of data, workflows, and business processes

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical managers

• Willingness to test, learn, and improve solutions

• Good documentation and communication skills

• Willingness to work full-time from our Mandaluyong City office

Formal AI employment experience is not required.

A strong portfolio, working prototype, dashboard, automation, GitHub project, or practical demonstration may be more valuable than a specific job title or degree.

Data Security

AMG handles confidential customer, employee, financial, and portfolio information.

The successful applicant must understand data privacy, controlled access, secure AI use, human review, and the risks of entering confidential information into unapproved public AI tools.

What Success Looks Like

During your first 90 days, you will be expected to:

• Review AMG’s main workflows, systems, reports, and data processes

• Identify practical AI and automation opportunities

• Build and demonstrate working prototypes

• Implement solutions that reduce manual work or improve reporting

• Recommend appropriate AI tools and controls

• Develop an AI implementation plan for the business
