Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an AI Program Manager to support a financial institution client by running the portfolio governance system of record from idea through controlled delivery. Based in the Philippines or India, you will work to APAC hours and collaborate with Product/Tech, Risk, Security, Data, and Finance teams under the Regional Business Governance & Compliance Director.

• Portfolio governance & cadence: Run governance forums; publish agendas, minutes, actions, RAID, and logs; maintain auditable record.
• Intake & prioritization support: Administer intake; validate requirements; coordinate triage and outcomes.
• Lifecycle gating & evidence packs: Track Initiatives through stages; compile gate evidence (approvals, tests, runbooks).
• Dependencies, access & approvals: Maintain trackers; coordinate access requests; address blockers.
• Benefits & reporting: Maintain baselines/targets/actuals; produce steering packs and dashboards.
