Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience building AI- or data-heavy products (not required to be ML expert).
• Hands-on collaboration with engineers: writing specs, running experiments, and iterating on feedback.
• Capable of setting strategy and drilling into details.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product direction and how AI fits into the core platform.
• Decide what to automate and what should remain human-driven.
• Shape data interaction with payroll, compliance, and payments using AI.
• Turn customer problems into clear product decisions.
• Balance speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship, test, and scale from MVP to production.
