Job summary

CodeRound is seeking an engineer to build and ship core AI-powered automation technologies for enterprise workflows. You will design intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and adapting to changing environments, and you will develop reliable infrastructure to run and orchestrate AI agents at scale.

You will rapidly experiment with new models, architectures, agent strategies, and system designs to improve accuracy, speed, robustness, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build core AI-powered automation technologies for business workflows.
• Design intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and adapting to changes.
• Develop scalable infrastructure to run and orchestrate AI agents at scale.
• Experiment with models, architectures, and system designs.
• Improve agent accuracy, reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem to deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with founders to shape product and engineering roadmap.
• Address novel technical problems with practical solutions.
• Contribute across the stack and help establish engineering standards and tooling.
