Job summary

China Bank Philippines is seeking an AI Product Manager to identify opportunities, define AI product strategy, and lead the delivery of AI-powered solutions across customers, employees, and the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technology, data science teams and external partners to translate requirements into scalable, responsible products, monitor outcomes, and drive adoption while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, including exposure to AI or machine learning initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as business units, technology teams, data scientists, and vendors.
• Ability to translate complex business or technical challenges into practical product solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
