Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc in Cebu City is seeking a Social Media & Content Asset Creator to drive event marketing through AI-driven content. You will transform conference content into reports, infographics, and social posts, coordinating with speakers and sponsors.

The role covers paid social campaigns, video editing, copywriting, and analytics across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You will work on-site with a collaborative team and contribute to growth for global clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience creating content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X (Twitter) including graphics, copywriting, and short-form video.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience planning and executing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, and monitoring campaign performance using analytics.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads is a plus.
• Experience using AI-powered content creation tools is preferred; NotebookLM/ChatGPT familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, organizational, time management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven content and asset creation from conference materials.
• Produce short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Create social graphics, promotional materials, and copy aligned with brand.
• Develop and execute a dynamic content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Provide promotional asset kits and marketing guidance for speakers and sponsors.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
• Use AI tools to transform content into marketing materials and assets, with video editing skills.
• Create engaging visual content and audience-focused copy.
• Apply best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, speakers, and sponsors.
• Measure paid campaigns with data-driven insights.
• Translate social metrics into actionable marketing insights.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
