Work Shift: Night Shift (US Timezone) | Monday to Friday (9PM - Onwards)

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Additionally, experience using Dashclicks and AI tools for content creation and management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design, write, and produce high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand goals, target audience, and current trends.
• Social Media Management: Manage and update content calendars to ensure consistent posting across all social channels.
• Engagement: Monitor and engage with social media followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance through insights and metrics to continuously improve content and engagement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, implementing new ideas and approaches into content creation.
• Collaborate with Influencers: Work with influencers or brand ambassadors to help amplify content reach.
• Brand Voice: Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and voice.
• AI Tools for Content Creation: Use AI-driven tools for content optimization and automation (e.g., AI-based graphic design, writing assistants) to enhance content quality and engagement.
• Dashclicks Experience: Leverage Dashclicks platform for social media management, campaign tracking, and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media content creator or a similar role.
• Experience using Dashclicks for social media management, campaign reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization (e.g., AI writing assistants, AI graphic design tools).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (9 PM onwards).
• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools is a plus.
