Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Business Process Intern to support HR and cross-functional teams in building lightweight, no-code automations using AI platforms (primarily Claude). The role focuses on reducing manual work in HR operations, reporting, and documentation.

You will shadow HR/Ops, design reusable prompts, develop Claude-based tools, and maintain simple guides for non-technical colleagues while ensuring data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience with no-code automation concepts or tools is advantageous.
• Interest in AI tools, prompt design, and turning messy processes into reusable workflows.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with HR/Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build lightweight Claude-based internal tools (trackers, calculators, dashboards, report generators).
• Design reusable prompt templates for HR tasks such as reports and communications.
• Connect Claude to systems to automate data pulls and formatting where possible.
• Shadow HR/Ops to identify repetitive tasks and document current vs. automated processes.
• Create simple guides for non-technical users and maintain a log of prompts and tools for reuse.
