Job summary

Mintrix Business Advisory in Metro Manila seeks a Virtual AI Automation Specialist to build AI agents and automate business processes using Claude, Claude Cowork, Zapier and Make.com.

You will review SOPs and process maps, turning them into reliable AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the organization. The role requires strong English documentation skills and independent work ethic. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for AI-savvy professionals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Claude AI agents/workflows.
• Experience with Claude Cowork.
• Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make.com.
• Ability to translate SOPs into automations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI agents using Claude.
• Use Claude Cowork to automate business and administrative processes.
• Review SOPs, process maps and workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Convert documented processes into AI and workflow automations.
• Build and maintain automations using Zapier and/or Make.com.
• Connect business applications and automate data transfer between systems.
• Create effective prompts, instructions and AI workflows.
• Test, troubleshoot and improve automations.
• Document completed automations, workflows and AI instructions.
• Recommend new opportunities to improve business efficiency through AI.
