Snappr is seeking an Operations Team Lead to guide and empower a team of Photo Editors, ensuring efficient operations and KPI-driven performance. You will mentor specialists, resolve issues, and collaborate across departments to optimize workflows.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytics, and a hands-on approach to improve productivity while reporting on progress to senior management. On-site daily presence is expected, with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in driving and achieving KPIs.
• Track record of running performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of Specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Drive and monitor KPIs to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans for team members who require such assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination across departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.
• Continuously assess and optimize operational procedures to enhance productivity.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Communicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track.
• Monitor and produce regular performance reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but is not a hard requirement
• Should be willing to work with creative people
• Should be willing to report onsite every day
• Should be open to working in a mid-shift.
