Snappr is seeking an AI Operations Manager in Ortigas, Philippines, to lead a growing team of editors ensuring that AI-generated images meet high standards. You will leverage data to improve editing workflows, build tools to boost productivity, and collaborate with product and operations to launch new features from scratch.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to scaling operations in a fast-growing marketplace for visual content.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing large teams (50+ employees).
• Experience in using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational strategy.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling operational initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring both high-level alignment and on-the-ground success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Passion for AI, digital content, and operational excellence.
• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

As the AI Operations Manager for this team, you will be challenged to manage and grow a team of editors who are responsible for ensuring that all of our images that are created through collaborative AI meet our high standards.
